At Double Top Darts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items, including all original flights, shafts, and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement darts within 5 business days.
